Advantages of 3D spheroid stem cells

3D spheroid stem cells are more versatile than conventional 2D stem cells, with enhanced pluripotency, supporting the functional recovery of organs and tissues. In contrast, 3D spheroid stem cells offer a high degree of physiological reproducibility in terms of morphology, growth pattern, and gene expression, and exhibit enhanced intercellular interactions necessary for the formation of tissue-like three-dimensional structures and the maintenance of stem cell properties.
